Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 Oct 2026

This policy explains what personal data KALI IO SOLUTIONS LLP (“KaliIO”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It applies to everyone who visits the site, in India and elsewhere, including the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Who we are

KALI IO SOLUTIONS LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACL-5061), with its registered office at Room 16, Ground Floor, Sadguru Nagar, Sr. No. 136/1B, Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra 411039, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are the “data controller” under the GDPR and the “Data Fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Questions about this policy or your data: connect@kaliio.in.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry (the “Book a discovery call” form): your name, work email, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, the service you need, budget and timeline if you choose them, and your message.

When you apply for a job: your name, email, where you are based, phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, a link to your LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio if you give it, your CV and anything you write about yourself.

With every form: the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address and browser details (to stop spam and abuse), and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign tags from that link (see “How you found us” below).

When you browse: our hosting provider’s servers log technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for sensitive data (health, religion, finances, government ID numbers). Please do not put it in a form or CV.

Under the DPDP Act we process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on a form (and through the cookie banner for analytics). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decisions about you, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

How you found us

If you reach the site through a link with campaign tags (for example from an ad or a LinkedIn post), we store those tags and the page you landed on in a first-party cookie called kaliio_utm for 30 days. If you later send a form, the tags are added to the enquiry email so we know which campaign worked. The cookie holds no name or contact details. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run the site and our email for us, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

  • Hostinger: website hosting and content delivery network. Servers: India (Asia); backups are stored in Singapore.
  • Hostinger Email: our mailbox, where enquiries and applications (with CVs) arrive.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks that a form is sent by a person, not a bot. It processes your IP address and browser signals for that check.
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics): only if you allow analytics cookies.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. If KaliIO is reorganized or sold, data may pass to the new owner under this policy.

International transfers

KaliIO is based in India and our team works remotely. If you are in the EU or UK, your data is transferred to India, which does not have an EU or UK “adequacy” decision. We protect those transfers with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK addendum) where they apply. Our providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: stored in our website database and inbox for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless they lead to a contract (then we keep what the contract and tax law require).
  • Job applications and CVs: CVs are emailed to us and are not stored on the website; application details are kept for 12 months, or longer if you agree to be considered for future roles.
  • Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them for security, usually a few weeks.
  • Cookies: see the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct or complete it;
  • delete it;
  • stop using it, or withdraw your consent;
  • (GDPR) restrict how we use it, object to our legitimate-interest uses, or send it to you or another organization in a portable format;
  • (DPDP Act) nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.

Write to connect@kaliio.in. We reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Complaints and grievances

Our Grievance Officer is Satish Dhend, reachable at connect@kaliio.in. Please contact them first; we aim to resolve grievances within 30 days.

In India, if you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. In the EU or UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the website admin and our inbox is limited to the people who need it and protected by passwords. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

This site is for businesses and job seekers. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you.
